Our Quality department is equipped with most modern testing and quality control equipments to monitor and sustain quality at every phase- Raw material, printed sheets, lamination, corrugation and eventually approach to the finish product. Below is the list of few:

Digital Bursting Strength Tester (Double Head)

Bursting Strength is a reliable index of the strength and performance of materials like paper, paperboards, corrugated boards and boxes, solid fiberboards, filter cloth, industrial fabrics, leather, rexene, etc. It is ideal for testing a wide range of materials to determine their quality, strength and performance.

Scuff Tester

This equipment is intended to evaluate the Rub Proofness of prints on paper or board. It can also be used to measure / evaluate colour transfer from printed / coated surface during rubbing. The application can be extended for measurement of abrasion resistance of some Plastic materials /Aluminum Foils.

Caliper Thickness Tester (Dead-Weight Type)

This is a precision instrument to accurately measure the thickness of flexible and semi-rigid substrates like tissue, paper, board, corrugated board, plastic films, laminates, foils, etc.

PH Meter

A PH meter is a handheld device that tests water for its level of acidity versus base or alkalinity. If water is equally acidic and alkaline, it registers as neutral on a pH meter. The pH meter utilizes a standard pH scale for measuring these aspects of water quality.

Conductivity Meter

An conductivity meter measures the electrical conductivity in a solution. Commonly used in hydroponics, aquaculture and freshwater systems to monitor the amount of nutrients, salts or impurities in the water.

B-4 Ford Cup

To measure viscosity of ink to be used for printing on paper, paper boards, corrugated boxes, etc.
